Each Chakra corresponds with a different energy, color, body part, function, and emotional energy. The Chakras run along the base of the spine (root) and move upward toward the skull (crown). The Chakras are a meeting point of body and mind and spirit and matter.

They have been called “windows to the soul” because they provide us with subtle connections to consciousness. Because Chakras can correlate with the body, its energy, its experiences and emotions, we sometimes experience “blockages.”
